Empty templates basically make it so that these sims do not spawn, and allow you to generate your own townies or even make your own Especially useful if you have replacements for the face templates and want your townies to actually have those templates instead of the old maxis ones Anyways, these are just a few of the mods I have - my downloads folder is chock full, haha.
